Jessica Cordwell

I have always loved storytelling and after beginning a career in an unrelated field I decided I wanted to spend my life doing something I loved. In 2021 I  graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Communication and Media (Journalism) and am excited to further develop my skills and build a career.

Whilst studying and in my first role out of uni- a journalist position at two of Canberra's biggest commercial radio station's I've had the opportunity explore different mediums. My preference has always been written however, I have now discovered a love for video and audio as they allow for more a immersive story telling experience. 

 

 I have been able to create pieces that reflect subjects that have always intrigued me; the human experience pets and anything kitschy, some examples you will see on this site.
